Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment for Serenity Mobile IV services via the Service, you acknowledge that you're required to pay the specified fee for the selected service to Serenity Mobile IV. Charges will be applied at the moment of scheduling or upon service time.
Cancellation Policy.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge your obligation to pay the total payment for all scheduled services provided by Serenity Mobile IV. Refunds will not be provided for appointments that are missed. To cancel an appointment, we require a minimum notice of one (1) hour. Not providing the necessary advanced notice will incur a fee of $100 for each scheduled service that is missed in your appointment. To cancel an appointment, please reach out via email to concierge support at info@serenitymobileiv.com or contact us by phone at (800) 941-8644. Furthermore, should the appointed medical professional conclude, at their discretion, that you are unable to receive the booked services due to your existing medical condition, that there has been a misrepresentation regarding the information provided, and/or if you arrive at your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the professional will refrain from providing the ordered services. In such cases, a fee of $100 will be applied for each missed service in your appointment. By accepting these Terms and each time you submit an order for services, you authorize Serenity Mobile IV to process charges to your credit card (or other payment method) for the associated fees, charges, and taxes.
Refunds and/or Credits
In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit.
In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to (1) your current or previous medical history, condition, or reason, or (2) due to circumstances outside of the medical professional’s control after the insertion of the I.V. needle, you will receive a credit or refund for the full amount of the services scheduled.
Authorization to Charge. By using the Booking Services, you hereby agree Serenity Mobile IV has the right and authorize Serenity Mobile IV to automatically charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees or charges, plus any applicable taxes.
Misrepresentations. If, during the Booking Service process, you misrepresent yourself in any manner, including but not limited to, a misrepresentation of your age or medical history, Serenity Mobile IV reserves the right to cancel your booked service without notice and charge you the full amount. If, at the time of your booked service, you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Serenity Mobile IV will not perform the service and you will be charged the full amount.
